RemotePrint Guidance

Instructions for server setup, printer sharing, and subscription management.

1. Connect Your Windows Server Application

Download and install the RemotePrint Server application on your host computer. Sign in with your assigned Server ID and password, and ensure the background service remains online.

2. Share Local Printers to the Cloud

Open the Server app console, refresh local USB or network printers, and click 'Share'. Shared printers will immediately become available in your web portal.

3. Subscription Credits & Page Balance

Select a yearly page package or monthly unlimited plan from the Subscription page. Printed pages are automatically deducted upon successful job completion.
